Описание

1. Прочитать текст из переменной text. Занести в ArrayList все слова.

2. Из полученного списка слов выбрать уникальные (ArrayList -> Set).

3. Для каждого слова посчитать сколько раз оно встречается. (ArrayList -> Map).
